In October 2021 I was asked to update the master obit video for BBC News. This involved finding more archive, clearing footage, finding music and getting the tone and storytelling right.

It was always going to be a big story. This video reached over 21 million people on Instagram alone, shared by all major BBC accounts. Over 9 million people viewed it on BBC News, with 800k likes and over 10k comments.

It was translated into 33 languages and performed considerably higher than average with 18-24 year old female audiences.
